Cupcakes recipes

Cupcakes are a delightful treat that comes in various flavors and can be decorated in numerous ways. 

Ingredients 

• 1 cup caster sugar
• 1 cup unsalted butter,melted
• 1 cup self-raising flour
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp vanilla essence
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 4 eggs

Directions 

1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
2.  Beat with an electric whisk until smooth.
3. Spoon the batter into the approx 20 cupcake cases.
4. Preheat oven to 175°C/350°F.
5. Bake for 20 minutes.
6. Once its done let it cool for 5 minutes before decorating with icing.
